    Description

    • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to understand current business processes and systems
    • Develop functional and technical requirements, designing solutions accordingly
    • Test, implement, and support system solutions, including setup and configuration for new store/outlet setups
    • Manage Master Data Controller (MDC) and system promotion setups
    • Provide training and ongoing support to users, including remote support after hours/weekends
    • Identify areas for improvement, create procedures to enhance existing systems, and recommend hardware/software improvements as needed

    Requirements

    •  At least 2 years of experience in infrastructure or related
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Development, or a related field
