    • Oversee the development of risk policies, procedures, and risk appetite statements.
    • Lead risk reporting to the Board and Senior Management, highlighting emerging risks and recommended actions.
    • Manage and lead the risk management team, ensuring high performance and professional development.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
    • At least 4 to 6 years of working experience in risk management within banking or financial services, with 3 years in a leadership position.
    • Proven experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit within banking and financial services industry
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, risk assessment, and corporate governance.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Fluency in Lao and English is a strong advantage.
