HR Manager at an IT Services Company in Vientiane, Laos

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with Labor laws
  • Up to 25,000,000 LAK plus other allowances and benefits

The Role

This role involves overseeing and refining employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes

About the Company

Our client operates as a comprehensive management of IT infrastructure and operations with continuous monitoring and maintenance of networks and systems

Description

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and employee engagement
  • Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices, including Labor laws and regulations
  • Provide decision support to management through HR metrics and analytics
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
  • 3 or more years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment
  • Familiarity with HR software
  • In-depth understanding of local Labor laws and best HR practices
  • Fluency in Lao and English is required
