Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals, managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and ensuring compliance with local Labor laws

Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems that align with the company's objectives and local labor laws
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting and interviewing to onboarding new hires
  • Implement performance management systems, including setting objectives, regular reviews, and providing feedback to staff
  • Identify and address training and development needs, creating opportunities for employee growth and career advancement
  • Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the consulting or professional services sector
  • Knowledge of Lao labor laws and HR best practices
  • Fluency in both Lao and English is required
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
