• Oversee all financial activities, reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning for the company

Description

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to enhance business performance
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure adherence to tax laws, audits, and financial governance requirements
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent financial certification is preferred
• Minimum 7 years of financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing or related industries
• Strong knowledge of Lao financial regulations, tax laws, and IFRS
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Strong communication and written skills in Lao and English
