You will serve as a key member of the senior management team, providing strategic legal counsel and leadership to support the company's operations and growth objectives

Description

• Develop and implement legal strategies to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Lead contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, distributors, and other third parties
• Provide guidance on corporate structure, governance policies, and best practices to promote transparency and accountability
• Identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively
• Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification, additional certification or specialization in corporate law or commercial law preferred
• Admission to the Bar Association in Laos with a valid license to practice law
• Proven 5 years’ experience in a senior legal role, preferably in the beverage industry or a related sector
• In-depth knowledge of Laotian laws and regulations, particularly in the areas of commercial law, contract law, and intellectual property law
• Fluency in English and Lao languages
