HR Manager at a Retail Business in Vientiane, Laos

This role plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations, and implementing strategic HR initiatives within the organization

Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and promote a fair and respectful workplace environment
  • Implement career development initiatives to support employee growth and retention
  • Regularly review and update compensation structures and benefit packages
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the retail industry
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Fluent in both English and Lao
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
