Vice Principal at one of the International Schools in Phnom Penh

You will be responsible for supporting the principal in the efficient operation and continuous improvement of the school
Up to $5,000 plus other allowances and benefits

Description

Support curriculum development, implementation, and assessment to ensure alignment with international standards and best practices
Oversee student discipline processes, ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of school policies and procedures
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to organize school events, extracurricular activities, and community outreach programs
Work with the Principal and counselling team to implement effective student support programs, including academic advising, college counselling, and student well-being initiatives

Requirements

Master’s degree in education or related field
A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience and at least 3 years of management-level experience at a school, preferably in an international school setting
Strong understanding of international education standards and best practices
As the school follows the Cambridge curriculum, native-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required
Prefer Westerner or European
Knowledge of additional languages would be considered a plus
Commitment to the school’s mission, vision, and core values
