Learning and Development Manager at an International Company in Vientiane, Laos

Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the company's objectives

The Role
The role is building, implementing, and managing training programs that promote to diverse learning styles, and preparing reports on training outcomes and employee development metrics for senior management
About the Company
Our client is one of the international companies in Vientiane, Laos and is seeking to maximize benefits to support the needs of the local demand
Description

Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programmes

Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development

Facilitating learning interventions
-
Creating a coaching culture in the organization as well as provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development
-
Work closely with HR and management to ensure training initiatives support employee development and retention strategies
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
-
Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, including experience in designing and delivering training programs
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
-
Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment
-
Proficiency in Lao and English is a must
