• Up to 25,000,000 LAK plus Other Allowance

The Role

This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards while supporting operational efficiency across departments

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledgers and prepare accurate financial statements 
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports promptly
• Reconcile accounts and monitor financial transactions for compliance Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Implement and improve accounting policies and internal controls
• Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum two years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role 
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications 
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills 
• Ability to communicate effectively in Lao and English
