Manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Labor laws

Description

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions  
  • Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to boost morale and retention
  • Support managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback to employees
  • Provide support for HR-related data analysis and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a distribution or consumer electronics industry
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
  • Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken
