<li>Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies</li>

Requirements&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, or a related field</li>
<li>2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a distribution or consumer electronics industry</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software</li>
<li>Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken</li>
