Manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities to attract, select, and onboard talented individuals

Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Facilitate assessment tests and exercises to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts and conducting orientation sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role in the telecommunications industry is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and interviewing techniques
• Fluency in English and Lao languages
