The Role

This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs and policies to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct

Our client’s a leasing business in Vientiane, Laos, is well known for providing a wide range of leasing services and offering leasing solutions for various industry

Description

Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and ensure all necessary documentation

Regularly monitor compliance activities and report findings to senior management and regulatory authorities as required

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures

Update policies regularly to reflect changes in laws and regulations

Coordinate with legal advisors and other stakeholders to address compliance matters

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Professional certifications in compliance or risk management are preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within the financial services or leasing industry

Proficiency in both Lao and English languages

Strong understanding of local and international compliance regulations
