Description

• Manage daily visa operations, ensuring applications and documents are processed accurately and efficiently
• Lead and support the operations team, monitoring performance, productivity, and service quality
• Ensure excellent customer service, handling escalated inquiries and resolving operational issues
• Oversee data entry, documentation control, and compliance with visa processing requirements
• Drive service enhancements and upselling initiatives while preparing operational reports and performance updates

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in customer service industry
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Japanese nationals or Laotian with JLPT N1-level Japanese proficiency are welcome to apply
• Business-level English communication skills are required for all applicants
• Must have strong operations management, customer service, and team leadership skills
