The ideal candidate will have an established customer network in Laos and a proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.

Description

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base across the Laos market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and key industrial customers.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and equipment demonstrations.
• Manage the sales pipeline, monitor market activities, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in heavy equipment, construction machinery, mining equipment, commercial vehicles, or related industries.
• Strong communication skills in English and Lao.
• Established customer network and business relationships within the Laos market.
• Experience using CRM systems and preparing sales reports.
• Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and business development activities.
