Description

• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve effective daily operations, strong execution and company standards
• Manage sales, distribution, customer coverage and market development across assigned product categories and channels
• Set sales direction, allocate targets, monitor performance and manage budgets, assets, incentives and credit control
• Build relationships with key customers and stores, conduct market visits and coordinate solutions to service and delivery issues
• Identify market opportunities, adjust plans to competitive conditions and report performance to senior management

Requirements

• At least 7 years of sales or marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years managing a sales team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Strong coaching, negotiation, business analysis, people management, leadership and decision-making skills
• Good command of English, strong computer skills, a valid driving license and willingness to travel within the territory
