• Responsible for managing the full credit lending process, including credit assessment, risk evaluation, and portfolio performance management.
• Up to 35,000,000 LAK plus other allowances

Description

• Lead and manage the credit lending department to ensure high-quality credit decisions and efficient loan operations.
• Develop and implement credit policies, underwriting standards, and risk management frameworks.
• Oversee credit assessment, loan approval, and disbursement processes in alignment with company strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance, analyze delinquency trends, and implement effective collection and recovery strategies.
• Work closely with senior management to enhance lending products, pricing, and risk-adjusted profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit risk, lending, or loan portfolio management, preferably in banks or financial services institutions.
• Strong understanding of credit evaluation methodologies, lending systems, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in English (Laotian language is a plus).
• Experience in digital lending or fintech-based lending platforms will be an advantage.
