Description

• Oversee and manage day-to-day banking operations, including clearing, cash management, trade finance, and treasury operations
• Analyze operational performance, transaction volumes, and service delivery data to identify trends and improvement areas
• Assist in planning operational growth initiatives, risk mitigation programs, and digital transformation campaigns
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and regulatory review
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, IT, and Retail/Corporate Banking teams to ensure alignment of operational initiatives
•  Monitor operational KPIs and support performance tracking against efficiency and service-level targets
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic operational decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Experience working with core banking systems and digital banking channels is highly preferred 
• Proficient in risk assessment, process optimization, and coordination with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in English and/or Lao, with advanced reporting and communication skills
