Description
- Provide strategic direction and full operational oversight for the dealership, including new and used car sales, service, parts, and customer experience
- Develop and implement annual business plans, budgets, and sales forecasts
- Lead, coach, and motivate cross-functional teams across sales, aftersales, finance, and admin to meet performance KPIs
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, corporate policies, and legal requirements
- Monitor and drive performance metrics: revenue growth, CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index), inventory turnover, and P&L
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in automotive industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Understanding of Strategic and Commercial Thinking, Team Leadership & Talent Development
