Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the call center, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies
  • Monitor and optimize call center systems and workflows for maximum efficiency
  • Ensure the team delivers a high standard of customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement
  • Analyze performance data and generate reports to track KPIs, such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction, and agent performance

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in call centre or customer service industry and at least 1 years of experience in management level
  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
  • Business English is a must
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and client satisfaction
