Description
- Lead the implementation of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and equity
- Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and track competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
- Manage new product launches, packaging updates, and seasonal campaign rollouts across all channels
- Manage relationships with creative, media, and research agencies to ensure consistent and impactful execution
- Monitor marketing KPIs (ROI, brand health, market share, etc.) and provide performance reports and recommendations
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG or F&B industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Experience in handling multichannel marketing strategies (traditional + digital)
