The Finance Manager independently develops, implements, and oversees financial planning and control processes. This role acts as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director/Operations Head, providing periodic financial reporting and analysis, using the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) as the foundation for decision-making

Description

Oversee all financial operations, including cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, and financial compliance
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and dashboards
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes
Collaborate with management to provide insights that support business decisions
Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations
Mentor and manage the finance team to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in trading or distribution
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and accounting best practices
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Fluency in Lao and English is preferred
