Description

• Manage the monthly planning process, including forecasting demand, coordinating supply, managing stock levels, and planning capacity, using the S&OP Future Master tool for a consistent workflow
• Ensure synchronization between production schedules and sales projections to optimize inventory and production timelines
• Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to create accurate projections based on market insights, customer trends, and past data
• Bring in senior management to resolve major issues or make crucial decisions, utilizing data from the demand planning tool to support informed conversations
• Lead meetings to discuss performance metrics, resolve challenges, and make decisions based on data. Continuously improve processes by staying updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3 Years of working experiences in the supply chain field, with an emphasis on demand planning
• Bachelors’ degree in any relevant field
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Able to use MS office, inventory management software and Experience in SAP is preferable
