Description

  • Lead the Facilities Management team, ensuring smooth daily operations and aligning strategies with the company's goals to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Supervise a diverse team of technicians and staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining a positive, productive work environment
  • Manage maintenance, security, and cleaning services, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and strong vendor relationships
  • Oversee the Facilities Management budget, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective operations
  • Build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, present services, and prepare accurate quotes to meet client expectations

Requirements

  • Any diploma or degree in related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in a similar industry
  • Open to expatriates
  • Fluency in English and high level of communication and leadership skills
