About the Company

Our client is one of the growing manufacturing company in Laos

The Role

• Serve as the primary contact for IT operations and provide first-level IT support to users
• Install and maintain standard GIZ applications such as Windows, Microsoft 365, SAP, and other relevant software
• IT equipment installation, upgrades, and maintenance (servers, laptop clients, printers, network equipment, scanners, smartphones, and other peripheral devices)
• Assist with the implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in alignment with GIZ Headquarters strategy and the local Information Security Office
• Enforce IT security measures in projects, ensuring compliance with GIZ IT guidelines and security policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred)
• At least 4 years of experience in an IT role or similar field
• In-depth understanding of IT hardware and software (Windows 11, Microsoft 365), networking systems (Cisco Meraki), and network security
• Experience working with an international organization is advantageous
