• Evaluating existing business processes and systems, creating functional requirements, designing solutions and drafting technical specifications

Description

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet business objectives
• Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories to guide the development and implementation of system enhancements
• Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and data analysis techniques a plus
