• Oversee and manage local IT infrastructure, including managing and troubleshooting VMware and Hyper-V environments, including virtual machines and server virtualization
• Up to 20,000,000 LAK plus other benefits

Description

• Deliver on-site technical support to local users, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Manage and maintain VMware and Hyper-V virtual environments
• Utilize Commvault for backup and recovery solutions
• Execute routine patching and backup testing to maintain system integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems from an accredited University
• Provide comprehensive local support to users, addressing technical issues and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems
• Proficient in managing and troubleshooting VMware and Hyper-V environments, including virtual machines and server virtualization
• Experience with Commvault for backup and recovery, including configuration and management of backup solutions
