Overseeing the advancement, tailoring, and incorporation of diverse enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, encompassing Odoo HRMS, Office 365, SharePoint, and DMS Document Management System
Up to 10,000,000 LAK plus other benefits

Description

Create, personalize, and incorporate Odoo HRMS modules for the efficient management of a range of HR operations
Including functions such as annual leave, payroll, overtime, etc
Configure and oversee Office 365 applications
Craft and execute tailored solutions utilizing SharePoint development tools and industry best practices, aimed at enhancing collaboration, document management, and workflow automation
Collaborate with SAP ERP systems to extract and refine data for reporting and integration requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Deep familiarity with various database management systems, including MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle
Hands-on experience with Odoo, Office 365 (including SharePoint), and SAP ERP systems preferred
Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking and problem-solving, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in analytical problem-solving, complemented by strong communication and interpersonal abilities
